At Brian Fite Poker, we aim to provide high-quality coaching, digital products, and merchandise. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Coaching Sessions & Digital Products
All coaching sessions, bookings, and digital products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and scheduled coaching services, all sales are final once the purchase has been completed.
Digital products and coaching confirmations are delivered immediately to the customer’s email after purchase or booking.
Merchandise Returns
Returns or replacements for merchandise are only accepted if: the item arrived damaged or defective or the wrong item was delivered.
To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
